Do I need to bring my computer somewhere?
Nope — we come to you for home visits. We also offer remote support where we securely connect to your computer online, and drop-off repair if you prefer.
How do I know what I'll be charged?
For drop-off repairs, we give you a quote before doing any work. For home visits and remote sessions, we charge by the hour and tell you upfront how long something is likely to take.
Can you help even if I'm not very tech-savvy?
That's exactly who we work best with. We explain everything in plain English and make sure you understand what was wrong and how it was fixed before we leave.
Is my data safe when you connect remotely?
Yes. Remote sessions are encrypted, you can see everything we do on screen in real time, and you can disconnect at any moment. We never access your computer without your permission.
How quickly can you come out?
Most home visits can be scheduled within 1–2 days. Remote sessions can often be arranged same-day. Use the form below and we'll get back to you within a couple hours.
